Fernando has been actively fighting human trafficking since 2016 through intelligence-led investigations. He spent years working undercover, conducting hundreds of investigations infiltrating trafficking networks. He played a crucial role in Operation Cattleya, the largest human trafficking rescue mission in the history of the Dominican Republic. He has trained over 600 elite operators and currently serves with the Dominican National Police Special Operations Division.
